Cancellation/ Late Policy A 24-hour notice is required prior to cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. In event 24 hours notice is not given I reserve the right to charge 50% of your service cost. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME! A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD WILL BE GIVEN BUT AFTER THIS YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELlED AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST. Refund policy $25 NoN-Refundable Deposit to set appointment. I accept Card & cash.All other forms of payment Will Have a $5 fee. All services are Non- refundable. If for any reason your service was not to your liking, please contact me within 48 hours so that I can adjust for free! Refunds cannot be issued in the event of an allergic reaction to lash extensions. Prior to appointment, it’s advisable to disclose any known allergies to ensure a safe experience. I prioritize client safety and will remove them for free in case of a reaction. Fills Deposit must be sent for appointment. When booking fill in appointments please be sure to have at least 40% of your lashes. Less than 40% of your lashes will be considered a new set.
